Paper probably published in 1949 or 1950 by the Arab Union in Alexandria and written by Dr. Mohamed Salaheddin Bey, former Egyptian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs about the Arab League and the Events in Palestine. The paper also covers the Palestine Question in front of the U.N. Conciliation Commission.
